A- Avocado
B- Bacon and homegrown Basil
C- Cheese- (Gorgonzola chunks mixed in with the Mayo- fantastic idea!- if i do say so myself)
L- Lettuce- Yup, homegrown in our community garden- including Arugula, I guess that could also go in the A category- oh the buttery pepper freshness...mmmmmmmmm!
T- Tomato- another homegrown and quite tasty part of the sandwich.
This was paired nicely with a fruit salad. What a fantastic summer treat.

You're killing me with this. I can't stop thinking about it... avocado and arugula on a sandwich? Those are two of my favorite things! You're geniuses, I tell you.
Was it a 69 cents avocado? :) I'm going to have to try this now that they're so cheap!!
