Today I love...

• that the laundry from last week is clean, folded and put away in its proper place

• that the rainy day from yesterday woke me up this morning- for another rainy day

• that I already went to the grocery store and stocked up for the week

• that this is my last Monday of studying for the ARE- at least for 6 months

• that the mr. made me a delicious smoothie and a cup of coffee before he dashed off to work

• that I am 35 weeks into this pregnancy and still feeling good

ah, this is going to be a good week!

The mister and I went to NYC this weekend to visit the mister's Mister. (the Korean in Harlem.) It was a quick trip that was quite relaxing for both of us. We took the train for the first time, ate great food, and took a trip to Ellis Island.

And I think this trip marks the final trip before the arrival of P. We have (hopefully) 6 weeks left on this pregnancy journey. I jut got an e-mail today announcing the arrival of a friend's baby- 6 1/2 weeks early. Her advice to me was to get things done now! Right- off to study. One more test before P, and then I am hoping all those nesting instincts will set in!

I simply remember my favorite things...

Time with li'l red is precious! She laughs a lot, smiles most of the time, and LOVES the mr. She is certainly the most favorite member of the family these days- at least if you ask GiGi, Popa, or her parents. And she knows that she is loved. Maybe that alone is what makes hanging out with her so fun, she knows, believes and relishes in the Love shown to her. If only we could be more like her sometimes.
